Motion by John Jacobs to approve the project with conditions as follows:
ADOA staff must estimate additional
economic benefits that may result from the HRMS system implementation and
provide that information as part of a revised Project. Investment Justification.
Second by Dr. Lewis
Approved.
Maureen Haggerty abstained; Peter Woog voted yes by proxy.
