Motion to approve with conditions as follows:

 

1.      As soon as practicable, AHCCCS management and staff must evaluate the outsource vendor’s offerings with a view to adopting appropriate privatized services to assure full participation in shared telecommunications operations and infrastructure.

 

2.      Upon Government Information Technology Agency’s adoption of statewide converged network standards, AHCCCS will implement compatible technology to assure full interoperability in the State, including a retrofit of equipment if necessary.
