should the selected vendor’s best and final offer exceed the estimated cost by
ten percent (10%) or more, or should there be significant changes to the scope
of work, technology or implementation schedule, your staff must revise the PIJ to
reflect the differences and submit it to GITA for approval prior to the expenditure
of State Funds.
