At the request of Director Bayless, the meeting went into Executive Session at

2:05 p.m.  ITAC meeting returned to Regular Session at 3:00 p.m.

 

When the public meeting resumed, a request was made for a special ITAC meeting regarding the ADOA Telecommunications Privatization Project.  Chairman Cummiskey suggested that a special meeting be tentatively set for May 12, 2004 at 2:30 p.m., the time and date to be confirmed.
