Motion Approved with the following Conditions:

 

            As a result of the procurement process should the cost of the project vary

           from the PIJ by 10% or more, or should there be significant changes to the      technology, scope of work or implementation schedule, staff must amend the PIJ to reflect the differences and submit the amendment to GITA for review        and approval prior to the expenditure of State funds.
