Register with the State

Businesses wishing to learn more about selling products to the State should contact the State Procurement Office. There, businesses can register with the State to receive bids and solicitations from State agencies.

How do I get added to a statewide IT contract (i.e., microcomputer, IT consulting, etc.)?

Statewide IT contracts are awarded by competitive solicitation.  Generally vendors can not be added as contractors to existing statewide contracts after award.  Consider subcontract arrangements.  Note: Manufacturers, please see next question.

As a product manufacturer, can my products be “added” to a contract?

Each statewide and agency specific contract is different.  Please review the contract covering the kinds of products you offer. If you have any questions regarding whether your product lines are or can be added to a contact, contact the contract’s procurement officer.
