ITAC provides advice and counsel on major technology issues while reviewing major technology procurements
including all IT projects with development costs in excess of one million dollars and critical systems.
The CIO Council is a working technical advisory committee organized to
provide advice and support for statewide information technology issues and
to advise GITA on the development of statewide
Policies,
Standards and Procedures.
The Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records coordinates a State
Imaging Group, a community of state and local governments concerned with the
process of electronically capturing, storing and displaying documents.
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at various locations.
The Statewide Email Users Group was developed in response to Governor
Napolitano’s Efficiency Review email initiative. The group is an
inter-agency forum consisting of State agencies, boards and commissions
concerned with the adoption and implementation of a unified statewide email
system.
The
Governor's Council on 2-1-1 develops and oversees the implementation of
Arizona 2-1-1 by defining policies, establishing standards, identifying
resources and integrating 2-1-1 with other strategic initiatives.
With
representatives from local governments, non-profit organizations and private
stakeholders, the Governor's 2-1-1 Community Advisory Committee makes
recommendations to the Governor's Council on 2-1-1 and advises the 2-1-1
Project Management team on 2-1-1 implementation issues.
