Arizona State Imaging
Group

The Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records coordinates a State
Imaging Group, a community of state and local governments concerned with the
process of electronically capturing, storing and displaying documents.
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at various locations.

Statewide Email
Users Group
The Statewide Email Users Group was developed in response to Governor's Efficiency Review email initiative. The group is an
inter-agency forum consisting of State agencies, boards and commissions
concerned with the adoption and implementation of a unified statewide email
system.

e-Learning Task Force
The
E-Learning Task Force makes recommendations to the Governor, Legislature,
and State Board of Education related to the development of e-learning in the
State.

Arizona Health-e Connection
GITA
was instrumental in the creation of the Arizona Health-e Connection roadmap
and serves on the board of the non-profit organization formed in 2007 to
provide governance for the implementation of the recommendations in the
roadmap.

Public Safety Communications Advisory
Commission
The
Public Safety Communications Advisory Commission provides recommendations
for the development and build out of a statewide emergency communications
plan to enable multiple agencies from across the state to communicate
seamlessly during emergency operations.
