Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP)
Approved by the PSCC in an open meeting on January 19, 2010, the Arizona SCIP serves as a reference for public safety officials by describing the status of interoperable communications throughout the state and by documenting the specific goals and objectives the state has established to improve public safety communications.

Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) Office 2010 Plan
Reviewed by the PSCC in an open meeting on February 16, 2010, the PSIC Office 2010 Plan serves as guidance for the activities of the Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) Office at the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA). The plan is intended to be a companion document to the States SCIP, and describes how the PSIC Office and its staff will operate to advance the SCIP and Interoperability.
The PSIC Office Plan divides staff activities into five areas:
- Serving as Arizona’s Interoperability Representative
- Planning & Consulting
- Funding & Reporting
- Logistics & Operations
- Stakeholder Engagement & Interactions
