The Arizona
Public Safety Communications Advisory Commission (PSCC), and
the Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee (SIEC) will
hold a joint meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, February
24, 2009, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the AZ Carpenters
Apprenticeship, 4547 W. McDowell, #5, Phoenix Arizona, in the
Meeting Hall.
This workshop will bring together State and local
representatives to discuss SCIP initiatives, national
initiatives outlined in the National Emergency Communications
Plan (NECP), reporting requirements to align SCIPs with the
NECP and grant programs and technical assistance offerings to
help Arizona implement SCIP initiatives.
Lunch locations are limited in the area. A boxed lunch
consisting of a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a cookie can be
pre-ordered online using the RSVP Form.
