VanderNaalt to Keynote Southwest Security Conference

Remarks to Focus on Bridging the Gap Between Physical/Logical Security

State Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) David VanderNaalt will be the keynote speaker at the Southwest Security Conference sponsored by ASIS International and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). As the overall IT security industry matures, the role of the CISO continues to be redefined. VanderNaalt will discuss the evolution of the CISO from a technologist to business partner enabler and solution strategist. Based on his experience in public and private sectors, he will share best practices in risk management, computer forensics, and the physical and information security industries.
