opportunities to streamline government services to achieve cost savings
and help the State meet its budget challenges.
Im

technology planning, project approval and oversight, e-government,
information security and privacy, and public safety communications
interoperability, said Kirkpatrick. Ill be looking for partnership
opportunities with State agencies, local governments, and the private
sector to leverage resources, improve efficiency, increase service and
save taxpayer money.
Kirkpatrick comes to GITA from Wells Fargo where he has served since
2003, most recently in the role of Vice President and Business Systems
