Statewide Telecommunication Request for Proposal and Roadmap

NOTICE:  This Request for Proposal (RFP) for outsourcing of the State’s telecommunication services is the RFP delivered to the Joint Committee on Capital Review (JCCR) on October 30, 2003 pursuant to the requirements of HB 2533.  This RFP is not intended as the final expression of the State's requirement for any goods and/or services described therein.  The final RFP to be issued by the State through the State Procurement Office may differ from this RFP.  Companies interested in receiving notification of the Solicitation for the outsourcing of telecommunication services shall register with the State Procurement Office.
